I am an Assistant Professor of Organizational Change at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
My research and teaching are centered on helping leaders understand and navigate the human side of change in society and organizations. I am committed to producing impactful evidence by embracing open science principles and employing rigorous methodologies. I thrive on engaging with the scholarly community at the intersection of psychology, business, and sustainability, and teaching about change in these areas is both inspiring and rewarding. My work has been published in leading academic journals such as the Academy of Management Journal, the Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Management, and the Journal of International Business Studies.
Additionally, my work has been featured in news outlets and management magazines, including the Harvard Business Review or Forbes. I received international awards for my research, such as Best Paper Awards from the Academy of Management’s Organizational Development and Change (ODC) division. Find out more about my research here.
I earned my doctoral degree from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München. Prior to entering academia, I gained industry experience in the medical technology sector and worked with a management consulting firm.
In addition to being a change scholar, I am a passionate handball fan, a devoted husband, and a proud father of two children, grateful to be part of their transformational journey toward adulthood.
